Mr. John Waites
John is the President of Waites Company in St. Louis, a clean room design firm. John and his family attend the Crossing Church in St. Louis. John is very active in Gaining Christ. He predominately serves as the co-leader of our men’s retreats, small group’s advisor, and in our Bible Study ministry. John is the Board Vice President.
Mr. Steve Lauer
Steve is the Managing Director of Historic Floor Company in St. Louis. Steve and his wife have four children, and attend Covenant Presbyterian Church. Along with serving Gaining Christ in primarily in the areas of leadership, evangelism, and discipleship, Steve serves on the boards of All Nations International Ministry and Heritage Classical Academy.

Pastor Scott Lee
Pastor Scott is the Lead Pastor of Rockport Baptist Church in Arnold MO. Scott has served Rockport as Lead Pastor for twenty-five years. Along with his pastoral duties at Rockport, Scott has served as a preacher and teacher internationally. Scott is a man of gospel wisdom who primarily serves Gaining Christ as a pastoral advisor.
